NEW TO TINT? START HERE.
Essential Carbon is the value option for a darker look and added privacy. Signature Ceramic is the upgrade for drivers who prioritize heat management and comfort. Both can have the same shade; ceramic does not have to be darker to perform better. Exact heat and UV performance depends on the approved film.
VLT is the light that passes through the film. 5% is very dark; 20% is dark; 35% is a medium shade; 70–90% is much lighter. Existing factory glass changes the final result. The preview is illustrative, and installer measurement determines road-use eligibility.
Window tint is film installed on glass. Ceramic coating is a protective layer applied to paint for gloss, water beading, and easier cleaning. A coating does not darken windows, prevent rock chips, or make paint scratch-proof.

All include the listed preparation. Two-step correction is a separate upgrade for paint that needs more work; coating alone will not remove existing scratches.

04 / GOOD TO KNOW
VLT stands for visible light transmission: the percentage of visible light that passes through a material. Lower film VLT generally looks darker. Your vehicle’s existing glass also affects the final combined VLT.
Your year, make and model are recorded in the design. The studio features a BMW M3 G80 showcase, with BMW X5 M, Ford Ranger Sport and Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 alternatives. Your selected year, make and model are recorded for quoting; they do not automatically load an exact 3D replica. Paint, optional roof glazing and tint appearance are illustrative.
Darkness alone does not tell you how a film performs. Film construction and verified solar-performance specifications matter. The studio shows appearance only and does not estimate heat or UV rejection.
Yes. Choose a window in the studio, then select its film VLT. You can match both sides or configure them individually. Windshield and roof selections are exploratory and require installer review.
You can send your design and request an available appointment, or ask us to find a time. We confirm the appointment after reviewing your vehicle and installation details. No online payment is collected by this site.
Availability in the visualizer is not approval for road use. Requirements vary by location, vehicle and window, and may depend on measured glass-and-film VLT. Confirm the appropriate options with your installer before proceeding.
